Should "Sexting" Be Illegal?
Your Comments:The big case in Ohio involving several teens took place near my home. I know some of the kids. They are NOT bad kids, but they did something stupid, as teens are wont to do. They don't deserve the label of sex offender, nor should they need to register as such. But the judge in the case gave them AND THEIR PARENTS a great sentence - they each had to poll 100 people and ask them if they knew that it was a felony. Education is the key here. Texting is here to stay, as is email, as are social networking sites. Monitor your kids and teach them proper usage. You're not taking away the whole TV just because your satellite company carries the Playboy channel, now are you?
