Parents need to know that that the three main characters in this boisterous cartoon series routinely pick on each other and call each other by relatively benign names like "dork" and "loser." They also seem to receive zero adult supervision.

- Families can talk about the characters' use of deceit in pursuit of their sugary goal. Is it ever OK to lie? Why is being forthright and honest important? What are some other ways that Ed, Edd, and Eddy could acquire Jawbreakers without taking advantage of their friends?

It gets dumb at times, sure. You question why are there only around ten kids at the school, and why don't you ever see any parents, and how can the boys physically sustain so much pain e.g being run over by a truck? Well it's a cartoon. Harmless fun. Kids will love it.

I'm rather fond of it =D All three titular characters are pretty loveable anti-heroes and even though the show doesn't really have any morals, it's great for light-watching. Younger kids might not get it, though =\

Ok I have not sat through a whole episode but my 7 year old has seen it once and says that it is the dumbest show on TV, even more stupid than spongebob(his words). So I just thought I would share his opinion on it here. With that said if my 7 year old can determine that and choose to change the channel on his own should this show come on, I have to give it a thumbs down rating. And being that the whole mission of the characters is to pick on each other and no positive lessons are shown and the only point is to show constant failure I have to say that I agree.
